"I needed rose harissa in a hurry for Ottolenghi dishes at Christmas feasts.

The product from Josh and Sue is delicious, perfect for many great recipes and for use as a relish. It’s hot (but not too hot) and luscious, with a lovely softness from the rose petals.

The delivery was extremely prompt, even at the height of the Christmas rush, and the jars were beautifully protected from any bashing around in the post.

Highly recommended.

Thanks Josh and Sue".  Denise M.

We used the Rose Harissa paste for an Ottolenghi recipe and were thrilled with the results. It would not have been half as good with ordinary harissa.

Thank you! "- DIANA H.
