Refund policy

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at sales@joshandsue.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Get Farmed will replace the product at no additional cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
