Shipping policy

Josh&Sue Gourmet Selection ships domestically (Australia) using Australia Post and potentially other freight carriers and couriers.

We offer set price shipping for domestic orders.

Orders are despatched Monday-Friday.

Your order will usually leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Any orders received on weekends will be despatched the following Monday.

If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing the remainder of your order.

Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days depending on location.

We do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
