Seville Orange Panna Cotta
Gently heated a couple of teaspoons of Josh&Sue Gourmet Selection Seville Marmalade with a hint of Scotch Whiskey, a little more vanilla bean and some orange blossom water & a smidge of honey to make a syrup which I placed on top of the set Panna Cotta to serve with a segment of dehydrated orange I also made.
