My pantry can’t do without it! I’m a big fan of Ottolenghi and he has quite a few recipes where he prefers Rose Harisssa to other types of harissa. Until I found Josh & Sue’s product my results were good. Now they’re spectacular. A must have ingredient!
Rose Harissa was the first item I purchased from Josh and Sue. I searched the internet looking for Rose Harissa and that is how I discovered them. This was a few years ago. Such a very handy condiment. I add it to all sorts of cooking to boost the flavour, such as Mexican especially when I make Mexican rice. Add to soups, roast vegies and anything else you think of!
The Only Harissa to buy - I have been buying this Harissa paste for a few years now and it never disappoints. My children's favourite is a roast chook smothered in this paste, so tasty and SO easy. I love their Preserved Lemon Harissa too and their jams and chutneys are superb!!
