Our preserved lemon aioli is a combination of our preserved lemons chopped up and added to our creamy aioli.
Why not add a little luxury to your Fish and Chips. Perfect with fish, or any seafood, or dollop a spoonful on your next risotto or paella.
These aiolis are just great on salad, homemade hamburgers, meatballs, prawns.. the list is endless. This one has small pieces of Our Preserved Lemon in it.

Another 5 star product from the wonderful Josh and Sue. This is fabulous on salmon, or other fish, chicken, use as dip for hot chips, on a salad sandwich for a great flavour to your sandwich. As always you can use Josh and Sue products in a variety of cooking.
I absolutely love the preserved lemon aioli, it's really good on fish and chips and as a dressing in a salad, I've been through five jars of it so far and I need to buy more.

Our Smokey Bourbon BBQ Sauce tastes and smells heavenly, its beautiful caramel colour and sweet sticky flavours are perfect as a marinade, stir through or a pour over sauce.

I purchased this as I was very curious, I love a different kind of mustard but was concerned the wasabi may have been too hot, well it is not at all, the flavour I can't explain except that I love, love, love it, I have been literally trying it with so many things, give it a go friends.
