  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Fantastic product. I'd only recently learnt about Harissa and when searching found J&S's was all I could find easily accessible and what a find it was. It's so flavoursome and the heat is significant but not overpowering. I've used it in a few dishes now (in shakshouka, to baste chicken & steak, spread on hamburger buns, and to boost chili con carne and any tomatoey dish really). Happy too that there is plenty left in the jar to experiment with more dishes.

Josh&Sue Preserved Lemon Harissa 

Josh&Sue Preserved Lemon Harissa is amazing with chicken, marinate chicken prior to roasting, flavour up couscous, coat a piece of fish prior to cooking, add to hummus, add to a dressing and serve with Haloumi, add to prawns or calamari, coat slow roasted carrots, coat chickpeas before roasting them or just added them to any tagine or casserole.

Our Josh&Sue Preserved Lemon Harissa has the tang of preserved lemon with a subtle kick of chilli. It is fast becoming a favourite in our house.
