Rosemary Infused Mint Jelly

RIMJ is simply delicious! It is magical on meats, hot or cold, and in sandwiches. This piquant garnish enhances the flavours of the other ingredients - a "must-have."

Well let's just say we will never be buying that rubbish mint sauce again, this can be served with not just a roast but any kind of lamb, top stuff guys.
