Warning addictive

I am absolutely addicted to preserved lemon harissa … it is a delicious addition to almost everything. It arrived as I was serving up a bowl of chickpea lentil and vegetable soup. Just stirred a spoonful in … yum !!

Perfect zing for cous cous salad

I bought this from a small farmers market on the nsw south coast maybe 2 years ago and used it in a Yotam ottlenghi recipe for Israeli cous cous salad that called for zested lemon. It absolutely made the dish, i had many compliments and questions for the secret ingredient. Have been craving it ever since and was so happy to see I could purchase it online as I have not been able to source a similar product. It is gold ⭐️ and highly addictive!

A must-have in your pantry

This is a unique pesto that had become a main-stay in my pantry. Extremely helpful when you are in a hurry to make a meal or if you just want to have a special meal with very little effort.
My favourite is pasta with chicken and broccollini. Also adds subtle but remarkable flavour on curries and noodle dishes. Absolutely delicious!
