Check out our serving suggestions: -

In Baking: add to scone recipes, layer it in cakes, or use it as a filling for pastries and tarts. For example, try adding a half cup of marmalade to your favourite scone recipe or using it in a vanilla cake for added flavour.

Salad Dressings: Whisk marmalade into vinaigrettes for a sweet and tangy dressing that pairs well with greens.

Marinades and Glazes: Use marmalade in marinades for meats or as a glaze for roasted dishes. Mix marmalade and soy sauce to create a flavourful marinade for chicken or tofu.

Dipping Sauce: Combine marmalade with mustard and curry powder for a unique dipping sauce for prawns or chicken wings.

Spread on Toast: The classic use for marmalade is as a spread on toast or scones, often paired with butter for a delicious breakfast or snack.

Cocktails: Marmalade can also be used in cocktails, adding a citrusy sweetness to drinks. For instance, try a whiskey punch that includes marmalade for a refreshing twist.  Gin and Marmalade is a perfect pairing.

Cheese Pairing: Serve marmalade with cheese, such as goat cheese or cream cheese, on crostini or as part of a cheese platter for a delightful contrast of flavours.

Savoury Dishes: Incorporate marmalade into savoury dishes, such as glazing pork ribs or using it in a sauce for roasted meats.

Simply the best

Since finding this marmalade a number of years ago, I have never purchased any other brand. Beautiful flavour and not bitter like some orange marmalades can be. Never disappoints, and I often gift it to others as I love it so much.
