Award winning Rose Harissa is a versatile and easy to use as a marinade, in dressings, dips & sauces or as an ingredient in cooking. Stir into sour cream to serve with potato wedges. Add to Cous Cous or any tomato-based dish to give it a little lift. Rose Harissa is a key ingredient in North African and Middle Eastern cooking.

Ingredients - Tomato, Chilli, Cumin, Garlic, Sugar, Olive oil, Rosewater, Vinegar Coriander Paprika Rose petals Salt Pepper

Our Josh&Sue Australian Preserved lemons add a salty, distinctive lemon flavour to many Moroccan dishes. This is a condiment that is common in Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. Our Preserved Lemons have been very popular thanks to the wonderful recipes by Yotam Ottolenghi, Jamie Oliver and Sabrina Ghayour to name a few.

Ingredients; Australian Lemons, Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Cloves, Lemon juice, Peppercorns

Dukkah is a great staple to have in the pantry. Use it as a dip, liven up a salad by sprinkling it over the top or as a coating for any type of meat. A great way to add flavour with no real effort.

Ingredients: Almonds, Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Salt, Sesame seed
